If you visit my blog on a regular basis, you probably know that the internet is a great source of inspiration for me. Lately I found a very interesting article on LinkedIn. It’s written by Dr. Travis Bradberry on what genuinely confident people do differently. I love such articles, so I immediately decided to share it with you.

Dr. Bradberry has written for, or been covered by, Newsweek, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc., USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and The Harvard Business Review.
Below is the list of things that confident people do differently and the original article you can read here: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-genuinely-confident-people-do-differently-dr-travis-bradberry
As usual I am leaving it to your consideration.
THINGS GENUINELY CONFIDENT PEOPLE DO DIFFERENTLY:
- They speak with certainty
- They seek out small victories
- They exercise
- They don’t seek attention
- They don’t pass judgement
- They get their happiness from within
- They listen more than they speak
- They take risks
- They aren’t afraid to be wrong
- They celebrate other people’s successes
In conclusion Dr. Bradberry writes: “Building confidence is a journey, not a destination. To become more confident you must be passionate in your pursuit of a greater future.”
Personally speaking, I like confident people a lot, under the condition that they are genuinely confident. Whereas false confidence comes across simply as arrogant behavior. Why do I like them? Based on my observations and experience, they are neither mean nor envious, because they know their value and they have distance to themselves.
