Checkered coat

I really like checkered fabrics/plaid, especially checkered outerwear, so today I am showing off my checkered coat. It is thin, but very warm, mainly made of wool, alpaca and mohair.

I like such coats (i.e. thin but warm) because it makes me feel dressed elegantly, not like the Michelin man. 😉 Although I love down jackets in which we look a bit like this guy, but what’s the most important, we should be warm and comfortable!

I am wearing a cream colored knitted dress that is kind of like a long sweater, such a sweater dress. Very comfortable, soft and warm. Regarding accessories, I put on suede boots, a la’ cowboy boots, and of course a scarf, cap and gloves, because this is the standard in winter.;)

The year 2021 is coming to an end, so on this occasion I wish you a happy New Year 2022, a lot of health, joy, love, loyal friends and kind people around you.
