“Elementarz Stylu” (Style Primer) by Katarzyna Tusk – just a short summary as this book is in Polish version only.
This book is very nicely published, lots of good pictures and interesting advices. I think it is worth reading to avoid foul-ups and years of frustrations especially when you open your closet full of clothes and still think “I have nothing to wear”. The title is very well chosen because it is a solid primer with advices, written substantially by a good craftsman but somewhat unadventurously, opposite to the style that I found in Garance Dore’s book.
This week was GOOD because…#smallpleasures #joyoflife
On Friday March 4th, I had the pleasure to take part in the “PIERRE LANG Vienna” jewellery launch on the Polish market with the collection “Secret Garden – where dreams come true”. The launch took place in the beautiful Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw.
The company was established over 30 years ago in Vienna and belongs to the Count and Countess Metternich. The countess created a new company motto: “JUST SMILE! A smile fills every day with joy and you will see how it changes your life.”
PIERRE LANG Jewellery is 80% handcrafted and 20% automated by new technology. It is 100% nickel-free, and all items of jewellery are finished with either high-quality gold, rhodium or ruthenium plating. The jewellery is sold by a network of dedicated Stylists.
In my opinion PIERRE LANG jewellery is very elegant and chic. I like the most that it is possible to mix different elements of the collection and it still matches perfectly.
You can see this on the picture below – Wieslawa Gapinska (National Sales Manager, Poland) put on some Ivy and Pavona series pieces.
And here is Anita, the general director’s wife, who put on Happy Ribbons series necklaces (which caught my eye immediately!) and Violetta series rings and earrings.
I would like to thank Anna Stankiewicz-Ostaszewska, the owner of Anja Coraletti, for the invitation. Anna, my besties and I had a lot of fun 🙂
WHY was this week GOOD FOR YOU?
